Brief Introduction of Zhejiang Qinfeng Shipping Co., Ltd.

Zhejiang Qinfeng Shipping Co., Ltd with updated registered capital of RMB 100 million and business address at 698, Donghai Avenue, Taizhou Economic And Development Zone, Zhejiang, P. R. China was renamed from Taizhou Luqiao Qinfeng Shipping Co., Ltd. in December 2008.

As a corporation with a 10-year history in shipping industry, the scale of Qinfeng fleet has expanded from 11 ships, 6505 deadweight tons at the beginning of establishment up to more than 30 ships, 500000DWT and an annual shipping volume of 6 million tons. Qinfeng is specialized in shipping of dry bulk and general cargo to meet different demands of civil customers, and the business network covers main ports along Chinese seacoast and middle & lower reach of the Yangtze River.

Through several years' efforts and development, Qinfeng achieved a historical transformation from a simplex waterway transportation company to a diversified corporation, subsidiaries of which are involved in shipbuilding, shiptrading, cargo agency, cargo transportation and so on. By development of both waterway and overland industries, the predominance of the subsidiaries was complemented and benefits was shared in between, which greatly enhances the resistibility to the risks, profitability of the subsidiaries as well as overall strength and competitiveness of the whole corporation.
